Mindfulness class

Discover the benefits of mindfulness and mediation in this 1 hour guided class, on Wednesday 25th at 8:15pm.
The benefits of mindfulness and mediation are increasingly recognised for relieving stress, improving focus, better sleep and much more.
This class on Greenwich Peninsula is aimed at people either new to mindfulness/mediation, or those looking to build on their existing practice.
