Foundation Training Course — Beginner’s Meditation Workshop
Starting 12th May 2018,
11:00am to 1:00pm in the Prayer Space.
This is a non-religious practice, it is a system and
comprehensive introduction to Meditation. Practise Practitioners will
benefit from this five-part course which is designed for Beginners and
seasoned practitioners alike. Practitioners will learn to build a
firm foundation, which is the platform where one can
rely upon, continue to practice and progress with confidence in
discovering ‘self’.
